Hej! I’m Amy 👋

I live in Copenhagen, Denmark and I’m originally from the UK.

I’m a content designer, content strategist and UX writer. I currently work as a senior UX writer at EV charging software company Monta.

As well as content design and UX writing, I’m experienced in (and particularly passionate about):

  • content operations

  • design systems

  • information architecture

  • reframing

  • accessibility in content

  • user research

  • voice and tone.

My background in PR, comms and editorial content strategy helps me to be a well-rounded communicator, able to shape a story and get straight to the message.

I work with evidence, intuition and empathy.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management

  • Completed the Content Design Academy

I like to spend my time:

  • Cooking and eating. If we work together, expect me to bring cake.

  • Learning Danish. I still can’t say ‘rødgrød med fløde’, but I’m (slowly) getting there.

  • Buried under a pile of books. My TBR will take me until at least 2026, and that’s totally fine.
